If I take jee advance once in 2020 (the same year in which I have passed class and qualified for jee advanced), can I take the exam again in May 2021? (p.s: I am august 2002 born)

As you have appeared for your class 12 in the year 2020, and also you have appeared for JEE Mains as well as going to appear for JEE Advanced 2020, you can also appear for JEE Advanced 2021
A student can appear for a maximum of three consecutive years for JEE Mains, the first year being the year you first appeared for class 12. For JEE Advanced, a student gets two consecutive years, the first year being you first appeared for class 12.
