if I take PCM and don't prepare for JEE, then will BCA+MCA be a good choice? or is their something better?

If you are willing to take PCM and not thinking of preparing for JEE that means you are not interested in engineering, then, yes, BCA or BCA+MCA is a good choice as these courses will land you in a more or less same job that you could get doing engineering.
