if I take up a seat in 1st round will I still be eligible for subsequent rounds of counselling even without doing admission for 1st round

Hey

No you have to get admission in the alloted college during round 1 of the counselling this for 15% AIQ not state counselling

once the round 2 of counselling starts & if you get a better college you can shift to that college but in round 1 you have to take admission to be eligible for the secon round .
