if I tick a question wrongly then what about the cut of marks

See if the exam has negative marking, then as per the rules of the negative marking (as mentioned in the exam), your marks will be cut from the total score of correct answers (Generally the negative marking is 1/3 or 1/4 of the marks associated with each question, however it totally depends upon the exam conducting authority).

If it does not have any negative marking, then no marks will be cut from the total positive score.
