    Hi Parul Shukla.

    You only have to pay once for attending counselling. For second round, there is no need to pay again. You will ony need to attend second round, if you are alloted not the 1st or most preferred choice of yours. You can accept the seat if you want and also request for upgradation in the subsequent rounds.

    No you will not lose your seat if you attend second round it's your wish you can take a seat in second round or you can continue with your first round selected seat
