If I want to refill my aiims application form because I had too many correction. I had registered but I want to refill can I do it and how.?
Although AIIMS give you a chance to rectify some mistakes like - you can change your photo (if it was not up to the requirements that is written on AIIMS information brochure).
Few days after the last date of registration, AIIMS release a link where you can do corrections.
The important dates are:
Last date of basic registration - 14th January 2019
Status of basic registration - 16th January 2019
Correction of any deficiencies - 17th-22nd January 2019.
Final status - 25th January 2019

Dear Omkar, no matter how many corrections you have as long as the information you provide is correct, it is still good if you register once. Now this application form is online and not on a paper that you need to worry about the no. of corrections. All you are doing online is erasing and refilling the details. But if you want to reregister, you can do it. You need to reregister with a new email and phone no# and fill in a new application form all together.
