keep c alm don't be frustate! you have to again feel the form of jee for appearing in april.
all the best you will rock.
I hope you reach your destination on time and yes you will be allowed to give the Jee Mains in April. But,make sure to fill the application form again. They will be released again on 7th February 2019 and the application will end on 7th march 2019.
