if i was not apply for TFWS in 1st cap round then is that possible to apply for same in 2nd cap round?

Dear aspirant,
According to your question if you would tell about the specific counselling in which you have taken part then i can clearly tell you whether you can apply for tfws scheme or not in 2nd round.
But on a general once you have applied for the tfw scheme then it would be there in 2nd round but if not you can't apply at that time.
