If I will score morethan 90% with 99 percentile in 12 science ( A ). Can I get admission in NIT. Without appearing JEE exam ?

No,definately not.if you score 100 also not get directly NITs .

Then also you have to give exam of JEE mains.

Hello buddy, No it can't be possible. I have scored 96.22% in my 12th board exam and it does not help me to get admission in any NIT but it will help you to get admission in Bachelor of Science at Stephen College, delhi, SRCC Delhi. Stephen College is the best science College of India and it's better than lower NITs. But if you want to do engineering than you should score good in jee mains to get admission in NITs. For taking admission in NITs,you have to qualify JEE Main exam.So if you want to take admission,you have to appear in JEE Main exam.

Sorry you'll not get an NIT based on the score of your board exams. As it is mandatory to appear and qualify the JEE mains exams to get into an NIT or IIIT's and other GFI.
