If I will secure about 50% in graduation with physics hons. Than which jobs are available for me to go...........

As the percentage is not good but this is also true that companies do not only consider graduation marks to provide job to any candidate. They analyse the candidate overall as in the academics, the way he/she performs in the interview etc. So I would suggest you to give your best in the interview as that is the most important way to impress the interview panel.
