if i wl gt 13k rank? can I get any college for Law?

yes offcource , difibitely you will get admission in llb as the rank is ok. and you are eligible for counseling as well all you have to do is submit the counseling fees. and then choose your prefrence of the college. according to the cut off and rank college will be alloted to you. so need not to worry. all the best have great future ahead.
