Hello Aspirant,
Don't worry there will not be any issue regarding that.If you have mentioned your personal details correctly (roll code,school code etc) then there will not be any issue.Providing question papers details is also necessary but there nothing like if you will jot mention then you copy will be rejected.
So, don worry and focus on your next exam.
