It is not necessary that you will be allotted a particular center that you have filled but the jee advanced authorities will try to allot you that center only which you have given maximum preference to and in most cases that center is only allotted but some times due to heavy rush or more people applying for same center it may not be possible that the same center will get allotted so they will allot you the subsequent choices although they try to give you most preferred center
