if in my adhaar card or 10 marksheet my fathers name is written as Rajendra Jaiswal or In his adhaar card it is written as Rajendra kumar Jaiswal is there is any problem in future plzz reply

Dear Applicant,
Since you will mostly apply all of your details with proof for any admission procedure so make sure your details are all correct. Eg birth certificate or marksheets etc but basically in most cases parents information is just noted down but you dont require proof so it wont make a problem.

Yes, it would be problematic. These documents need everything matching. Nothing should be different. I request you to change it if you wish to do a passport etc..
