Hi Surya,

For taking admission in any institute, college or university first thing they need is your 10th and 12th marksheet.

For taking admission in merit based courses, it's compulsory to take your class 12th marksheet with you.

For entrance based examination courses, beside the result of it, they also need your 12th marksheet for reference.

Yes, intake of 12th result will be needed for graduation admission .
