If just qualified in jee advanced and OBC will he/she will get seat in iit??

Hello.
If you mean to say that you have cleared cutoff of JEE Advanced, then yes. Though, if your score is just above the cutoff, I don't think you will get seat in top 5 IITs. But you will get seat in all others.
