If l register for 3rd counseling of bcece it is not modify .why?it say your current upgrade status is yes/no.i able to register or not say

BCECE authorities have recently announced that they are extending the last date to modify entered choices till September 1. So, you have still time to make changes to choices you have entered.

As to the the "not modified" message you are getting, it might mean you have not made any changes to the choices you have entered at time of registration. In that case your previously entered choices will be considered for seat allotment. But if you want, you can make modifications, as mentioned above till September 1.
