Thanks for approaching us. First of all I appreciate you for your interest in Nanotechnology. It has a huge scope in future.

For pursuing a career in Nanotechnology, your best option in BTech will be to take BTech in Biotechnoly.

It is offered in almost all top IITs and NITs.
