I dont think there is any school or institution that has such a bizarre rule where the student it not allowed to go to school or be transferred to a different school when parents are going through a divorce if that is what you are trying to say. You may approach this issue legally if you find any further issues (if any at all). If the parents are having a tough time deciding about custody then they may leave the child's responsibility to a local guardian for the kid's own benefit.
