If my 12th admission is in jalgaon.Will I be considered in 70% rest of Maharashtra .Is jalgaon included in rest of Maharashtra??

From my research, Jalgaon is in Maharastra and your degree if registered in Jalgaon it will be considerd in Maharastra and can eligible all the seat reservation for Maharastra students.
You can also get to top collages in Maharastra.
