My name is Gnaneswar.Iwant to apply jee mains.In my 10th TC my father name written as ENNIKAPATIRAJASEKHAR .

I don't think so you will face any problem in that as father's name is just noted down and not verified but maje sure that in the future you do not repeat this mistake, Whatever you filled in the jee form will be considered as your father's name in both jee mains and jee advanced.
