If my JEE score card's date of birth is different than my 10th certificate, will it create any problem in counseling? If not, then which date of born will be considered?

Don't worry it won't create any problem, just that you have to ask them to amend the required changes with valid proves. Initially, mail them regarding the changes you want to make to the center where your counseling will be held. Then submit the necessary proof to them.
