first you have to tell from which caste system you belong to
if you are in general category then you have not even cleared the cutoff so you will be shown as not qualified
but if you are an OBC,SC or ST then you might have a chance

First of all, cut off marks for JEE mains for oc category is 74. As you got 60 marks you might be having reservation. As you asked about rank for 60 marks in JEE main your all India rank(AIR) would be beyond 200000
