IF my open board result of 12 class is declare in first week of july ! Can i apply for jeemains counselling ?

If you are passing intermediate in this year and also given JEE mains, than you can definitely take part in JOSAA counselling. Your board result will not affect it.

You have to present marksheet at admission time. And every board announces result till then. So there is no need to worry.
