    Hello Yash
    Migration from one University to another is possible but this depends on the University. You will have to take permission and no objection certificate from the University where you are studying and also take permission from the University in which you wish to take admission. Admission criteria and process vary.
    So, you should contact the concerned authorities regarding the same.
