if NCHM JEE give by 35 thousand student and it is postponed then why jee and neet exam given by 25 lakh students don't get get postponed in July ...

This decision only depends on the concerned authorities and you cannot do anything in that rather than preparing well for the exam and taking all the necessary precautions on exam centre. And now, there are almost negligible chances for the Jee and NEET UG exams to be postponed, but there will be ample precautionary measures taken at the centres for sure.
