If one doesn't clear mains paper 1 in January, but clears in april, is he eligible for advance?

Dear Kavya, candidates appearing for JEE Advanced 2019, should qualify JEE Main 2019 and secure a position among the top 2,24,000 among all categories. JEE Advanced Examination will be conducted on Sunday, May 19, 2019. So by that time if you can clear your JEE Mains, you are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. The registration for JEE Advanced will commence from 1st week of May, 2019. By then if you can clear JEE Mains, you are eligible for JEE Advanced.
