If one is able to score above 90 percentile under Gen-Ews category in Jee main exam. which Nit's would be preferred???

Its not possible to get NIT if you score just above than 90 percentile. To get into a good NIT with GENERAL EWS quota you need atleast a percentile of 97+. EWS quota is only helpful for those states where less people comes under economically weaker section. And these types of states are not many.

Hello Aspirant, If you got 90 percentile in JEE Main then your rank after JEE Main April will be around close to 1 lakhs, With this rank being a General EWS Candidate you can't get admission in any NIT's, you need at least 92-93 percentile being a General EWS Candidate to get low ranking NIT's like NIT Srinagar, NIT Nagaland, NIT Utrakhand, NIT Manipur etc.
