Greetings !!

To be considered under OBC category the candidate should come under Non- Creamy layer section. Govt. of India notified certain castes under Non creamy layer section, only if listed under any of these stated category he/she will be considered as OBC candidate. Creamy layer will be considered as General Candidate. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask.
