Under 200 score it is quite difficult to attain a government college for MBBS/BDS even under the SC category. I would recommend you to go for the semi government if you get one or private colleges.
Also I would suggest to try consider applying for alternate medicine courses in private colleges like BAMS/BHMS or pharmacy if you are interested.
