THOUGH YOU DID 10+2 IN OTHER STATES,YOU CAN WRITE TELANGANA SET & YOU CAN JOIN IN ENGINEERING COLLEGE IN TELANAGANA,IF YOU GOT RANK & SEAT.

IF YOU HAVE ANY DOCUMENTS WHICH SAYS THAT YOU'RE A TELANGANA CITIZEN YOU CAN APPLY IN LOCAL CATEGORY,OTHER WISE APPLY IN NON-LOCAL CATEGORY.
