Hey!

As the mentioned person has backlog in fourth semester, and you are unable to fulfill the eligibility criteria of minimum 50 percent aggregate in bachelors, I really doubt if he will be able to apply for further studies. He needs to pass his graduation with minimum of 50 percent. For that, he is required to pass that subject in the next year.

He will have to give re-exam alongwith his 6th semester papers.
