if someones caste is NT but for filling the NTSE form (for 10th Exam) which category I have to choose SC,ST,OBC,EWS,GEN

As per Wikipedia, NT comes under Schedule Caste. Moreover you can check on the website of National Commission For Backward Classes for further clarity.
