if suppose i got 70percentiel in jee mains there is any chance to get NIT and am ST category

No, with 70 percentile, there is no chance for getting into NIT. In order to get admission into top and good NIT's of India, you have to score around 160-200 in JEE mains and your rank must have to be in the range within 25K to get good NIT's in India.
