if supreme Court decision for upper age limit issue remains pending through out then will upper age limit students will be allowed for counselling....will be able to take admission...or there admission will also remain pending till the desicion comes

If this is regarding NEET, let's say Supreme Court passes a judgement against the Upper age limit, it will be implemented from the next year because there are lakhs of students who have already applied and it will affect them. And so for that year, the admissions will be according to no age limit where counselling is also done for Candidates above the age of 25 and from the next year, the upper age limit will be implemented.
