If surname in Class X Certificate is with initials whereas in passport is expanded. e.g.In passort given name is Raj Tiwari & surname is Krishna Kumar pandey.But class X certificate is Raj Tiwari K K Pandey. Note that class 12 certificate is showing fully as in passport. Any issues in Neet & JEE?

To be on the safer side, you can ask your father to create an affidavit stating that both the surname belongs to him. This is the last solution you can do. But before doing it confirm it with other sources as well.
