if the age of a student crosses over 19,is he able to get a admission in any university

Hello aspirant,
If you provide in which course you want to take admission so that i will tell you accurately but i will tell you about some courses specification like B. Tech you can apply in state university, private colleges till the age 21(but not in iits and nits) , for the bsc and bcom you can apply in any university.
