If the appearing has got the qualifying percentage but suffers a back in any subject then can he fill the form?

Dear Shantam Awasthi,
As per the Eligibility criteria for ILI CAT and CLAT PG, you can take up these qualifying exams if you have a minimum percentage of 50%.
However, your admission process will be considered only after you finish your backlog(in case it is an active one) and furnish all the necessary documents.
If the backlog isn't an active one and was cleared before, then it isn't a problem at all.
