You have to clear the respective entrance exam for IIT.

IITs accepts the following entrance exams for courses it provides-
- JEE Advanced for B.Tech Programmes
- GATE for M.Tech and Phd Programmes
- UCEED for B.Des programmes
- CEED for M.Des and Phd Programmes
- JAM for M.Sc
As you can see, you cannot take admission in any IIT on the basis of EAMCET. You have to appear for JEE if you want admission in IIT for B.Tech degree.

EAMCET is only for telangana and andhra state colleges, eg: JNTU, OU etc.
For IITs you have to qualify jee-mains and jee-advance.

It is not possible to go for IIT without giving or appearing in JEE MAINS.Because You first have to clear JEE MAINS and then have to clear JEE ADVANCE which will eventually make you elligible to take admission in IITs.
