if the ews seats are vaccant after 1st round can obc candidates get admission on that seats

Dear aspirant,
As per your question the EWS category is reserved for those general candidates whose family income is less than 8L per annum, who does not own 5 acres of land,who does not own more than 1000 sqft flat.
So, obc candidates cannot take admission in those vacant seats which are reserved for EWS candidates even if they are vacant after counselling.
