Hello Anil Bagi,
It is required to written name and date with a white background on the photo is need in the NEET application .If you forgot to write name and date ,if there is any problem in the application then you should get a email to correct it .If you not get any email then there is no need to worry.

It's necessary that both the passport and postcard size photos have dates on it as the date should not be earlier than 1st sep 2019. But don't worry you will get to change it in the correction window if your photo doesn't meet the requirement. Do correct it if you be notified by NTA through the valid email id or phone number given by you.
