If the seat allotted in the upward movement of reap is not liked by the candidate than can candidate has the chance to have previous seat?

Hi Vinod,
If that happens you cannot do anything, the best thing you can do is to accept the current seat which you have instead of choosing for up-gradation. If you don't like your currently allotted college too then there is nothing you can do, just hope that you get your desired seat.
