if i attend ssc cgl examination in final year and passed in it but i have arrear in my degree whether i would be given time to clear the arrears and join or not (ie i should attend from the first).

hi,

yes it comes under stipulated time. most of the cases student get original provisional certificate after 6-7 month, so in that time if you clear the backlog it comes under stipulated time.
