If there is mistake in qualification details after final registration of aiims. Will it be a problem afterwards?

Yes, there ought to be. While Counselling in AIIMS Delhi or respective AIIMS, all the documents shall be crosschecked and scrutinised and if found gross violation of any details like qualification details, or unable to show/ submit any of such documents in original may lead to termination of admission.
