If there is possible to second counseling joing

TS ICET counselling is conducted in two-three phases. After the 1st phase TS ICET provisional allotment of seats, candidates are asked to report to the allotted colleges by the stipulated date. However, in case the candidates who do not report to the allotted colleges till the last date for reporting, the TS ICET Counselling 2019 Process may cancel their candidature and in their place the wait listed candidates may get admission opportunity in the TS ICET 2nd phase counselling 2019. DTE Telangana is yet to announce the second counselling dates.
