if we applied for part time courses in M.tech if they can change to full time in counseling or document verification process

If you have applied for the Part time MTech courses and if you be allotted a seat, then obviously it will be for the Part time MTech and you can't change it. Now if there are some college which have a lot of seat vacant in the Full time MTech then by talking to the college authority you may discuss about it but in general, you can't change the mode of program in the verification or at the counselling if you have applied and appeared for an exam to get admitted in Part time MTech course.
