You can take computer science or even maths for your 10+2 and you will be still eligible for neet provided you must also have physics chemistry biology and English in your 10 + 2 as :-

Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or  at least40%in aggregate of PCB if belongs toObc/ Sc /st
