If we do BTech in civil engineering, then can we do MTech in IIT with any other branch after clearing GATE??

Yes ,you can take any m tech branch after B.Tech but taking a branch related to your field benefits you cause for new you need to start learning from basic . But with new branch you are holder of two specific fields. Just make a enquiry in college whether they allow it or not.
