Yes it will be reserved for you. See ones you get a seat in the second counseling then only your previous seat will be vacant or lost.

If you are allotted a seat in 1st allotment and you choose for upgrading after joining there, and you don't get any seat allotted in 2nd round, you'll have the seat that was allotted to you in the 1st round. You won't lose it, if you choose to go for 2nd round.
