If we don't apply from first merit list ca we apply from second merit list?

Hello Mayur,
Most degree colleges grant admission to those people who missed out on first lists, in second lists. Therefore, checking the second list should be beneficial for you if you did not get a seat in the first list.
However, application is done only once for most colleges, so you should check whether that date is past.
